Do you guarantee the visa will be granted?
No. The decision to grant a visa is made by the consular institution and the agency cannot influence it. We prepare the document set and accompany you at submission.
Is the service fee refunded on refusal?
A consulate refusal does not count as the agency failing to perform. On refusal the agency’s service fee is not refunded, while the consular fee is returned in the manner set by the consulate.
How long does processing take?
The processing time is set by the consular institution, which may change it without notice. That is why no indicative figures are published here — confirm the current ones with a manager before paying.
Is the consular fee included in the service price?
No. The consular fee, visa centre service charge, medical insurance and document translation are paid separately.
