1. Service contents — two separate lists
What the price includes and what is paid separately should be shown as two separate lists. “All inclusive” is not enough: meals, entrance tickets and optional excursions are often excluded.
2. Price in soʻm, independent of payment method
The price must be stated in the national currency. Charging different prices for cash, card or transfer is directly prohibited by Article 5 of the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.
3. The refund procedure — in advance
Cancellation deadlines and retention amounts must be known BEFORE payment and must not change afterwards. If the scale is not stated, that is the main warning sign.
4. Company details
The registered name, taxpayer ID, state registration and registered location should be open. This information is published under Article 20 of the Law on Tourism — if it is missing, the question is warranted.
